PRICING POLICY

We do not believe in gimmicky pricing specials.

Our estimates are free, upfront, and honest when calculating rates and pricing a job. On receipt of an inquiry, we will evaluate the layout, recommend the most suitable stone, and discuss with the customer the various edge and finishing options. The next step would be for our sales designers to collect project drawings and visit your site to measure the estimated square footage requirement.

Our estimates are calculated upon this preliminary information, thus ensuring the customer is correctly informed and not fooled by gimmicky low priced advertisements, which often result in a finished price much higher than quoted. 

Precision Granite & Marble estimate outlines the line items in the project description so that if a change occurs before or during the fabrication of the job, an alteration in the estimate can is easily explainable to the customer. All add on charges are included in our pricing quotes. This estimate procedure ensures clear communication between our customers and Precision Granite & Marble, providing phenomenal service and products.  

We do not believe in advertising free add-ons. 

Our estimate is inclusive of the following:

• standard edging

• faucet hole drilling

• outlet hole drilling

• cook-top cut-outs

We offer a wide variety of sinks, starting at $45. We will gladly shop and buy any specific sinks or requirements you desire. We suggest when it is time to select a sink, it is discussed with our sales designers.

Quality & Selection of Stone

We only offer first-rate quality material and do not deal with a secondary quality or commercial grades. It’s a matter of value and quality, a stone might be cheaper, but the overall look and durability are not up to our standard. All materials are examined at Precision Granite & Marble facility upon arrival, and any slabs that do not meet our quality standards are returned to the vendor immediately. Since a large portion of the cost of a job is in the material, we try to reduce the estimate by offering customers the choice of suitable remnant pieces from our inventory (remnant boneyard). As we do not trade in second and commercial grade material, our boneyard is not contaminated, and any selection is guaranteed first quality.
